Overview

Arkansas is susceptible to severe weather, including thunderstorms, high winds, and tornadoes.

Tornado procedures are designed to move children, clients, and staff to the safest available location within the facility until the threat has passed.

Regular tornado drills help employees practice emergency procedures and maintain readiness.

Important Reminders

  •  Move quickly and calmly.

  •  Stay away from windows and glass.

  •  Protect head and neck.

  •  Maintain accountability.

  •  Remain sheltered until the all-clear is given.

“C.B. King Memorial Training transformed our approach to health and safety! The modules are engaging, and the knowledge checks were very helpful.”
